A handsome hawk of the arid Southwest, the Harris's Hawk hunts cooperatively in pairs or trios. The hawks surround their prey, flush it for another to catch, or take turns chasing it.
About Me
I am Nitro, a Harris's Hawk. My species is very popular in falconry, partly due to my social behaviors. In the wild, or when used in falconry, we will hunt together in groups. My kind has been known to be called "wolves of the sky"
